Biological scientists include aquatic or marine biologists, biochemists, botanists, microbiologists, physiologists, biophysics, zoologists, wildlife biologists, and ecologists. These advancements have brought increased funding to pursue more research; however, the funding is expected to decline in the future, making independent researchers compete harder to fund their projects.
