NV Job Search Tip

No matter how prepared you are for your job interview, there's almost always going to be at least one question that throws you for a loop. If you're asked a question that seems to come from out of nowhere, take a moment to consider what the purpose of the question might be. For example, if an interviewer asks if you like mystery novels, she is probably more interested in whether you like to solve problems and search for information than what your reading habits are. Include those traits in your answer regardless of whether or not you enjoy mysteries.
