Knoxville AR Job Search Tip

Knoxville is a shipping and trade center for the outlying farming and bituminous-coal area. Industries in Knoxville include tobacco, meat packing, manufacturing of seat belts, electronics, mobile homes, chemicals, building products, clothing and textiles. Located a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Knoxville is the host to many visitors annually. The University of Tennessee is a major employer in the city, as well as the many hospitals and medical centers. The Tennessee Valley Authority is headquartered in Knoxville and is a mainstay to the city's economy. Knoxville is home to many historical sites and was home to the 1982 World's Fair.
