Make sure that the last impression you leave your interviewers with is as good as your first impression. Smile confidently even if you aren't sure how you did. Shake hands. Ask for correct name spellings to help you remember names and to prepare for writing your thank you notes. Ask if this will be the only interview. If it isn't, ask if you can schedule the next one now. Don't request an evaluation of your interviewing skills. This puts the interviewer on the spot and can make for an awkward situation. Also, don't attempt to pressure your interviewers by mentioning other offers or interviews that you might have lined up.
