Although tourism is Hawaii's largest industry, the state has much more than surfing and snorkeling to offer. Agriculture also plays a large part in the Hawaiian economy. Hawaii is the only state in the country that grows its own coffee. Hawaii is also the third largest supplier of pineapples in the world and leads the world in macadamia nut and orchid harvests.
