When you're talking to a company representative at a job fair, ask questions about available positions before you begin talking about yourself. This will help you decide which of your skills and experiences to highlight when you make your pitch. If you discover that your resume isn't matched for the position you feel you would fit in, request a business card and send the resume later. If you do this, make a few notes on the back of the business card to remind you of what you wanted to change on your resume before you send it.
