The various government departments oversee the country, states and local regions they represent. The public agencies involved in the federal, state and local governments make polices, create and enforce laws, provides defense of its citizens, and oversee programs designed to benefit the majority. As the government is a necessary part of our society, employment will increase as programs increase.
