Binghamton Elmira Job Search Tip

Save room on your resume for more important information by replacing some words with symbols and using shorter words in place of longer ones. For example, the word "percent" can be replaced with the symbol "%," or the word "and" can be replaced by "/". The long and cumbersome word "utilize" should always be replaced with "use," and the word "information" can be replaced with "data" without hurting the meaning of a sentence.
