Each and every day, Sara Lee (NYSE: SLE) delights millions of consumers and customers around the world.  The company has one of the world's best-loved and leading portfolios with its innovative and trusted food, beverage, household and body care brands, including Ambi Pur, Ball Park, Douwe Egberts, Hillshire Farm, Jimmy Dean, Kiwi, Sanex, Sara Lee, and Senseo.  Collectively, these brands generate more than $12 billion in annual net sales covering approximately 200 countries.  The Sara Lee community consists of 52,000 employees worldwide.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales PlanningResponsible for the coordination and execution of holiday and seasonal planning, develop holiday order guide and also utilize historical data and communicate with bakery order projections Develop period and weekly sales forecast for the zone and district levels People and ProcessesResponsible for managing orientation, on-boarding and recruiting for all zone level positions Responsible for conducting work-withs and one with one’s with all TDMs and DMs Responsible for managing and organizing all safety initiatives Business OptimizationResponsibility for analyzing and managing route structure Responsible for analyzing and managing loader effectiveness Responsible for analyzing and managing merchandiser effectiveness Responsible for analyzing and managing zone assets Responsible for analyzing and managing zone SKU rationalization Business ManagementResponsible for compliance with company policies, procedures and collective bargaining agreements Responsible for ensuring order compliance, including, but not limited to, new products Responsible for DMS approvals Analyze and manage route unauthorized to company policies / Train direct reports on proper unauthorized resolution Responsible for managing depot inspection process and real estate processes Responsible for inventory and ordering of display vehicles Responsible for analyzing and managing scan based trading systems to company guidelines Responsible for managing human resource management of all zone level people and process scheduling Responsible for leading Zone Operational Leadership Team (ZOLT) Participate in regional conference calls Responsible for managing zone level stale targeting by route System applications DMS, SAP, BI, Hyperion and all Microsoft Office applicationsBachelors degree in business with a concentration in finance, accounting or related field strongly preferred. MBA or advanced degree is also preferred.Minimum five (5) years relevant financial analysis experience supporting sales and sales management is essential, preferably in DSD or CPG.An Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
