Be a part of our National Sales team calling on Taco Bell, KFC and A&W/LJS, divisions of our largest fountain customer; YUM!Brands.
Your main focus would be leading the Northeast U.S. field coverage of Taco Bell/KFC?s largest franchisees as well as key regional corporate contacts.
Approximately 50 key franchisees in your area own over 75% of the restaurants allowing you to focus on them.
Our field team is comprised of 2 Senior NASMs that drive each concept's field initiatives and strategies, as well as, 9 YUM! NASMs that cover 9 geographical regions for YUM!Brands restaurants.
This broad team allows you to play a PepsiCo team role while also going deep with your customers on marketing, operations and volume driving initiatives to maximize long term sales and profitability for both PepsiCo and our customers.
A NASM must:
Develop quality relationships based on trust and integrity with the appropriate customer contacts that will ultimately drive results.
Influence key decision makers to achieve desired results both within the customer and the PepsiCo organization.
Leverage knowledge of customer's business, goals and culture to provide win-win solutions.
Possess strong communication skills via various mediums with varied audiences and styles (e.g. Owner, Ops Manager) and the drive to succeed in our Competitive Market.
Apply financial concepts which allow PepsiCo to achieve business objectives in concert with customer objectives.
Apply knowledge of distribution systems and how they impact the selling environment (e.g. DSD, Bottler).
Apply industry knowledge and utilize information and insights to achieve sales goals.
Identify, understand and analyze opportunities and/or issues to develop negotiation strategies.
Manage expenses with budget:T&E, A&M, Marketing Bachelor's degree and 5+ years progressive consumer packaged goods sales experience.
3+ years specific foodservice experience required.
Bottling experience preferred.
Must have National or large Regional Account experience.
NO RELOCATION.
Candidates must be based in the Northeast preferably within the Baltimore through New York City corridor. Additional Information:Travel Percentage: 50%
