As the YMCA continues to expand operations in the Metropolitan area, we are looking for a dynamic BRANCH EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to join us as we continue connecting communities, and forging lasting relationships with our members. Our Executive Directors represent the face and image of the Y to the community and our members which demands the highest degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead and direct staff, possesses strong fiscal management skills, and have at least 5-7 years of experience with executive leadership in a small to medium business. Analytical and critical thinking skills; must be flexible and able to multi-task. Relationship building and fundraising skills are critical along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
