As our Workforce Management Consultant, based in one of our four US locations or your home office, your primary objective will be to provide consulting and analysis related to planning, forecasting, scheduling and reporting for our client base. Your previous experience forecasting, scheduling, monitoring daily call center performance, and making adjustments to meet departmental goals will allow you to better manage client expectations while working either remotely or on-site. Knowledge and experience using workforce management software such as IEX, TCS or Blue Pumpkin is required. Advanced Excel capabilities paired with knowledge of computer telephony integration (CTI) will demonstrate your technical acumen. As the consulting guru to our clients you will also be the face of our company so a high level of professional and interpersonal communication will be paramount while working with clients and across departmental teams. Based on your proven expertise and performance, you will make client affecting decisions daily to maximize resources and deliver services for projects sold by the sales team and senior consultants.
