KeyBank’s Cleveland Virtual Item Processing department is always looking for talented individuals. Both opportunities are located at our 17 Corporate Woods location in Albany, NY.
PS235531 – Workflow Coordinator (Full time Third Shift – 1:00a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Monday - Friday)
Duties and responsibilities for these positions vary and may include the following:
• Monitor systems and workflow to ensure that all items flowing through VIP reach their destinations.
• Maintain two-way communication with leaders, project and support partners outside of VIP
• Resolves complex problems within established service level agreement
• Escalates issues to minimize negative client impact
• Partners with peers to effectively manage the process
• Document issues for communication to appropriate parties
• Follows up with others to ensure that commitments are met
To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following:
• 2-4 years Banking Operations or relevant experience
• Must be proficient utilizing a PC (Windows, MS Office, etc) and technically savvy
• Proven track record of reliability, follow through and focus on excellent client service . • Manages execution; focuses on the task at hand
• Ability to adapt and function productively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• Must demonstrate flexibility in work hours within shift
PS236303 – Specialist I – (Part-time 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Duties and responsibilities for these positions vary and may include the following:
• Perform data entry to repair fields on virtually rejected items
• Perform visual analysis and make decisions regarding suspected items in Image Quality Analysis (IQA), Code Line Validation (CLV) and Payee Name Verification (PNV)
• Assist with research and resolution of issues as part of duplicate item detection
• Assist with tasks related to Cash Management products (CDA, PosPay, etc.)
• Maintain two-way communication with leaders and coworkers
• Alert Monitor and/or Supervisor to equipment or workflow issues in order to minimize client impact
To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be proficient at performing 10-key data entry
• Must demonstrate flexibility in work hours within shift
• Must be proficient utilizing a PC (Windows, MS Office, etc)
• Banking experience in a production environment preferred but not required.
Training: Standard enterprise-wide compliance training is required.
