Job Description
This position services a branch of the company that both self-insures and self-administers the Long Term Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits areas. The Workers’ Compensation Adjuster will perform duties to support the Workers’ Compensation Team in the following areas – settlement’s, attorney relations, workers’ compensation management, etc. This position has advancement potential.
Qualifications
Candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience applicable to the following areas: Workers’ Compensation
Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
A Licensed Adjuster is a bonus
Must have excellent Application Skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, Power Point, Typing, etc..)
Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks and projects
Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately, exhibiting a high degree of maturity and professionalism
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
Must be a United States Citizen
