The Senior Director of Women’s Services is responsible for the operational management and strategic planning of multiple services; L&D, Post Partum, NICU, and Nursery.  100+ FTEs.  You will be part of a senior director group of five reporting to the VP of Patient Care Service.

Requirements:

-          MSN or Masters degree in related field

-          Licensed Registered Nurse with the ability to gain DC licensure

-          5+ years professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background

-          Effective communication skills

-          Good interpersonal skills

-          Ability to maintain confidentiality

-          Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
