Are you looking to re-energize your Career? Are you a strategic thinker who knows the wholesale building or plumbing market? American Standard has the opportunity for you! Our business has an immediate need for a Wholesale Account Manager. Supporting our Caribbean area market, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth of American Standard Brands through key wholesalers and other sales links in the wholesale distribution channel. Must be self directed and results oriented. Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skills are a must.

• Provide training and materials for wholesalers on American Standard offerings and benefits
• Able to identify and quantify market opportunities, prioritized relative to other potential opportunities
• Work with other sales associates to ensure all customers are served appropriately.
• Work within team structure to cross-sell customers in multiple channels.
• Responsible for development of key relationships at the account level and at various customer levels in the wholesale channels of distribution
• Coordinate quotations with other team members
• Understanding of current and future slate of American Standard products, incentives and benefits
• Maintains expense budgets in an accurate, economical and timely manner.
• Understand the needs of target customers and work with team to translate those needs into technical product requirements.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or related area required.
• 2+ years of territory sales experience in related industry preferred.
• High-level customer relationship building skills.
• Knowledge of wholesale segment of bath and kitchen industry preferred.
• Excellent Planning and analysis skills.
• Strong computer skills required; proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook a must. Experience with data warehouse sales reporting systems (i.e. Cognos, SAP BW) will be considered a plus
• Demonstrated selling skills required.
• Excellent high-level written and verbal communication skills required
• 40-50% travel
