The Western Division Sales Manager will develop and lead the execution of effective strategies and tactics, including key initiatives that drive increases in DSD, Broker and Direct distribution and volume. This position will lead an integral organizational development effort that includes managing multiple selling disciplines. This position will effectively lead our Western Division and Distributor Acquisition strategy. Developing and Executing KPIs that will drive Nutrisoda sales volume. This person will also play a vital role in strengthening communication and cross-channel coordination among the Sales, Marketing, Food Service, Customer Service and Business Operation functions. This position will have Direct sales accountability for multiple Key Accounts and support our Tele Sales marketing initiative.
Please note: The location of this role is not limited to California, we are open to any location in the Western region.
Responsibilities
This position will have direct report responsibility.Grow Nutrisoda volume and revenue from new and existing customers within the assigned divisions.Work with each Division to develop and implement territory-wide business and sales plans to achieve sales goal by:Building a solid customer pipelineProviding account mapping and opportunity identificationProactively and effectively utilizing CRM systemFormulating and executing major account strategiesEstablishing accurate sales forecastsWorking with HR to ensure an effective process for recruiting top sales talentDaily management of direct report sales teamKey Account Planning, Implementation and Maintenance.Implement sales programs to meet/exceed revenue quota, expense goals and increase customer satisfactionManage the skills assessment (PMP), and drive the training and development of direct reportsMake efficient use of sales support and marketing resources
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldPossess 10+ years in direct product/service salesPossess 7+ years of direct management responsibilityIn depth retail experience and proven track record in building strong leadership capabilitiesSignificant business analysis skill and demonstrated execution abilitiesExcellent communications and influencing skillsHigh levels of energy and integrityTravel across all assigned DivisionsPosition based within the Western Division
