P&G Professional Care Exclusive Line education needs in an assigned geographical area, through effective management of all education resources to support the company’s initiatives. Requires up to 75% of the time spent on local and out-of-town travel. Weekends and evenings required as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and Ensures Education Strategy Directs and monitors all program activity to ensure the execution of the education strategies as defined in the OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures). Achieve all national education objectives/strategies/benchmarks as directed by Professional Services Dept. and/or leadership of assigned geographic area.
Collaborates/Communicates/Partners ExternallyResponsible for the training and continued development of all programs, products, concepts, philosophies, and communication to customers/business partners- both technical and concept related. Responsible for conducting and participating in all assigned geographical shows. Maintains a thorough understanding of all new collections, programs, and products from a technical training and sales perspective.
Recruit and Maintain Top TalentRecruits and hires, manages, and develops both internal and external educators through regular communications.
Accountable for Seminar Tracking and Operational Cost Maintains current and accurate account information, Educator Activity Reports, Expense Reports, Calendars, Work and Development Plan, and any other requested written reports. Responsible for keeping educational budgets for the assigned geographical area in line with targets and goals.
CORE COMPETENCIES / SKILLS NEEDED: Leverages MasteryHairdressing/Industry Experience to effectively manage Lead/Technical Trainers seminar/training programs.

REQUIRED TRAVEL: Up to 75% of the time is spent on local and out-of-town travel. Weekends and evenings required as needed. Summary of Qualifications:Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident. Valid and up-to-date Cosmetology license. Minimum 4 years industry experience including business management, conducting presentations, chemical application and cutting/finishing. Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong administrative and organization skills. Valid driver’s license, vehicle and proof of auto insurance. Ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods. Ability to transport education presentation materials, sample cases and etc. Able to work weekends, evenings and long hours. Professional and fashionable image. Minimum education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
