Slim4Life Weight Loss (www.slim4life.com ) is now hiring Counselors and Manager Trainees for all 16 Denver Metro and Northern Colorado Locations. We are expanding rapidly and have advancement opportunities for candidates with sales, customer service or previous weight loss experience.
Colorado Locations Include:
Arvada, Aurora, Denver, Greeley, Fort Collins, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Littleton, Longmont, Louisville, Loveland, Parker, Smoky Hill, Thornton, North & South Westminster.


Job Summary:

Clients of Slim4Life Weight Loss lose their weight and gain a healthier life!
As a member of our counseling and sales team, you will play a very important role in our clients’ successful weight loss by providing individualized nutritional plans and one-on-one counseling. The Weight Loss Counselor creates an atmosphere of support and monitors the Slim4Life program for our clients. Understands the sensitive nature of the client experience and finds every opportunity to enable the client’s success. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the Slim4Life program and delivers information in a clear and concise manner. Provides appropriate support, encouragement and motivation to clients at every opportunity. The position requires BOTH customer service and sales skills. Successful Counselors are customer service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic, persuasive, skilled at building relationships, responsible and caring.

The focus of Managers is to actively generate center revenue while developing the counseling staff. MANAGERS are also responsible for ensuring each client receives excellent customer service and training and coaching the sales staff to convert inquiries to enrollments and meet personal sales and success goals.

Requirements

Skills:
Enthusiastic attitude and passion for health and nutrition a must! Nursing, Nutrition or Medical background a plus!

Candidates must possess friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Customer service and sales experience desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Discretion, honesty and integrity in all transactions and interactions is critical.

Requirements:
• College degree desired (psychology, counseling, health, nutrition, nursing a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years customer service/sales experience
• Phone experience mandatory
• Must be able to multi-task with accuracy, have a friendly demeanor & be a team player
• Candidates must also complete a two-week training class and pass a written examination on the Slim4Life program

Location / Schedule:
Only full-time (38+ hours per week) positions available. Variable/flexible days and hours. Saturday is a required work day for all Counselors. Rotating schedule including Saturdays. May float between three selected locations as necessary. Must be available to work 38 hour schedule during all hours of operation as required unless hired with specified exceptions.

Hours of Operation and needed availability:
7am to 8pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 8am to 2pm.
