Position Description:
Major Responsibilities

? Develop and implement marketing communications and other marketing efforts through the interactive channel that extend the bank’s brand via electronic means
? Manage the website content and work with business unit managers to ensure accurate and timely content
? Work in conjunction with all other marketing team members and business unit managers to strategically integrate all electronic communication needs into the overall marketing calendar and plans
? Monitor and analyze website traffic to understand usage patterns for the purpose of creating an efficient and positive experience for the customer
? Manage the bank’s e-mail marketing and e-mail communications to integrate with the traditional marketing efforts
? Perform regular research of online environment to keep website in line with current online standards
? Work with operational groups to manage any changes to the bank’s personal online banking product




Position Requirements:
Candidate Attributes

? 5 to 7 years experience in marketing with specific experience in controlling and updating website design, content and layout
? Agency experience strongly preferred
? Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
? Must have working knowledge of HTML, Flash and Web 2.0
? Excellent communication and organizational skills, including effective listening, written and presentation skills
