As a Web Producer in our Merchant Services Dept, you will:

• Manage new product initiatives from concept through implementation
• Write product requirement documents including screen design, page flows, business logic, error handling, reporting requirements, test cases, and operational processes.
• Create and maintain a prioritized list of product features to be developed
• Lead cross-functional development team of programmers, database developers, network engineers and quality assurance staff in delivering quality products to the market
• Understand and monitor all details of project implementation to ensure product being built or modified aligns with business objectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time by negotiating feature priorities, implementation strategies, and resource allocation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout development process
• Manage ongoing operational aspects of projects
• Write site copy or marketing materials

Your qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 years experience at a leading Internet, ecommerce or consulting firm leading the development of complex web-based applications
• Strong documentation skills. Experience writing requirement documents and test cases required.
• Creative and driven problem solver with strong analytical skills. Ability to break down complex problems in to simple, digestible components and identify and communicate solutions
• Ability to understand technical issues and design product features within technical limitations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, graphic file formats, CGI, Perl and other internet technologies. Basic programming experiences a plus.
• Understanding of web application design, interface design, and usability standards
• Energetic and dynamic personality; able to influence teams through persuasion and leadership
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized; time management and attention to detail a must
• Experience working in an Agile development environment preferred by not required
• BA/BS degree
