A fast growing ecommerce solutions provider in Baltimore County is growing and has asked us to find Web Producer to join their dynamic team. The Web Producer will spearhead large-scale marketing initiatives and manage the online service and shopping portals, overseeing site development from ideation through implementation and ongoing support. Candidates must exude drive, innovation, passion for the Interactive Space and a strong desire to join an “out-of-box” culture where collaboration and individual contribution mean more than titles. Strong online marketing (Business to Consumer) experience with large e-commerce retail sites (i.e. sites with shopping cart transactions) is an absolute must! Oh yeah, and you’ll need a great personality and a work hard/play hard/have fun perspective to fit in with this fast-paced forward-thinking group.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the company’s Direct Consumer online experience to ensure maximum channel effectiveness Research market requirements and gather strategic direction and feature level details from customer interactions, competitive analysis, market trends, and other sources Collaborate with key stakeholders on ideation and requirements for the company’s online channel Document business requirements, detailed functional requirements, use cases, test scripts, and work with designers on user experience as part of product development lifecycle Work closely with the technology group to deliver site enhancements on time and on budget Coordinate all aspects of implementation for enhancements to online channel; legal review, marketing communication, call center education Work with and may lead a team of marketing producers Work with development to support coding, testing, and release of product Develop definitions of whole solution and interact and coordinate with other departments to build plans to deliver the solution
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field required; MBA preferred. Must have proven experience, at least three to five (3-5) years related experience in a similar role handling email marketing campaigns; resume must demonstrate quantifiable marketing accomplishments
Experience managing large scale, Internet / technology based projects with a focus on accomplishing marketing objectives Successful track record leading projects from inception to post-implementation Experience working in or with financial services or retail industries Strong software and web technology background; understand the developer/programmer side of the process Demonstrated ability to lead and participate effectively in cross-functional teams Experience with credit based financial systems and processes Outstanding written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills
