Our client, an Information Technology organization, is seeking a Web Developer for a long term contract opportunity. This Web Developer should have an in-depth knowledge of Internet protocols and applications in addition to a solid understanding of business strategy. They will need strong communication skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Incumbents must have the following technical skills: ASP.NET (on both C# and VB.NET platforms), Visual Studio, and SQL. The Web Developer will be working with Winforms and Data increases. They will also be interacting with SQL Database backend systems. This role will require a strong problem solver and a deadline driven mentality. TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE: Gathering business requirements and developing specifications for web-based applications (utilizing ASP.NET on C# and VB.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL) Providing technical assistant to web administrators Integrating websites with back-end systems such as SQL databases Writing test plans and test results

Qualifications :
In addition the experience listed above, the following experience is required: intermediate ASP.net, intermediate SQL, intermediate VB.NET, and intermediate C# (Sharp).
