Come join our dynamic marketing team, where your creativity & versatility will be appreciated.  We are a thriving manufacturing company located in the Pacific Northwest.  Our new Webmaster will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Internet, Intranet, E-store, and other Web-based marketing and communication activities.  Our team is small, so this person will be ultimately responsible for the daily maintenance and support of all corporate websites and the Intranet Portal.  You will take on various projects to enhance Web systems, manage content, and optimize site accessibility and performance through search engine optimization.  You will also lend your creativity to the design of Web-based graphics that enliven Web communications of all kinds.  To top it off, you will be charged with monitoring online traffic for ROI analysis, etc., and making recommendations for continuous improvement to management.  If this mix of creativity, business acumen, and computer skills sounds challenging to you, this may be your dream opportunity.

 

Qualifications:

·        BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.

·        At least 3 years experience in Website development, design & maintenance.

·        Strong creativity, problem-solving ability, attention-to-detail and organizational skills are essential.

·        Solid skills in FTP, JavaScript, ActiveX, ASP, XML, PHP, Dreamweaver, Flash, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Illustrator and MS Office Suite.

·        Experience with a variety of electronic media such as blogs, wikis, video streaming, podcasts, etc.

·        Proficient in HTML, ASP, CSS, SharePoint, ASP.NET, XHTML. 

·        Knowledge of, and ability to work with various operating systems in both PC and Mac environments.

·        Experience with Web analysis systems (i.e. Web Trends, Google Analytics, etc.)

·        Search Engine Optimization experience with medium to large Web sites.

·        Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills.

·        Experience working effectively with small Marketing & Sales teams.

·        Strong project management experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize to meet tight delivery deadlines.

·        Must be able to explain, troubleshoot, and provide innovative solutions to content presentation problems.
