This position is located in our GA, Ft Gordon facility



Software Programmer / Developer

Seek teamplayer as well as independent programmer to help our customer develop specialized applications performing various key functions.

* Assist in software development tasks contributing to the next generation of the GistQueue web interface, currently an application suite written using AJAX, Mod-Perl and SQL, interacting with an Oracle database.

* Respond immediately to emergecy requests while off duty.

Please note, this position requires a Top Secret Security clearance with SCI level access, polygraph is not required. Those without a TS/SCI need not apply. Thank you.

Requires Bachelor's degree.

* 5+ Years experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, adn integration (with both new and legacy systems).

* 2 + years experience using software configuration management tools (e.g. ClearCase, Sablime, Razor).

* 2 + years experience as web developer within the past 4 years (web technologies in order of importance: Javascript, SQL, XML, WSDL, Mod-Perl, HTML: Mason, Apache).

* 2+ years experience within last 4 years integrating data from multiple sources and various data formats into a unified data processing and delivery environment.

* 1 + year experience as PERL programmer within past 2 years

* Comprehensive understanding of AJAX

* Work experience with programmatic interfaces to relational databases

* Working familiarity with osftware engineering standards and practices.
