Job Description: Large reputable company is seeking a Web Designer who will be responsible for production of graphic assets used on existing web sites. The designer also creates visual layouts and mock-up of varies web projects under the direction of other designers. RESPONSIBILITIES - The role includes: Collaborating with editorial staff and share responsibility for the visual character of web sites. Conducting photo research image correction and asset management. Rapidly creating superior designs and visual mock-ups. Designing for a wide range of online projects including publications, marketing and content partnership initiatives. Working closely with the development team.

Job Experience: Have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in web publishing. Poses a great eye for photography and familiarity for image research. Demonstrate high proficiency in leading design tools such as Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Be proficiency in HTML and CSS. Clear demonstration of design skills and an eye for detail in production. Have proven ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups. Strong communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be comfortable working across a number of projects at any time. Have a solid understanding of and perspective on social media trends and technologies.
