The NY/NJ metro area's leading provider of transportation, logistics and warehousing seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager for it's central New Jersey location.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Manage 120 employees and drivers; Oversee inventory management; Analyze warehouse and logistics performance on a daily basis; Develop and implement recommendations for improved efficiency and cost savings; Maintain and build customer relationships; Report to senior managemnet team.

 

Requirements:

 

College degree; Minimum 3+ years supervisory experience, preferably in logistics and warehousing; Highly organized; Excellent administrative and customer service skills; Computer proficiency (EXCEL skills; graphing, analysis); Ability to excel in hectic fast-paced work environment.

 

 

Salary up to $75,000 (commensurate with experience). Comprehensive benefits package includes 401K plan with employer match.
