TEKsystems, the largest IT staffing company in the US, is looking for an experienced WAN Architect for a critical opportunity with one of our key clients. This position is not posted on the companies website.

Qualifying candidate must have consultative skills and previous experience applying a structured engagement methodology to assist organizations with requirements definition, strategy development, technology evaluation, solution development, integration planning and integration. In addition, the qualified candidate should be able to provide a detailed analysis and make recommendations of their clients WAN performance and architecture as it relates to the delivery of real-time applications such as Voice and Video Over IP.

This will include:
· Network Architecture & Design Assessment
· Network Performance Assessment
· Application Discovery & Performance Assessment

Candidate should be highly seasoned internetworking expert with design and troubleshooting experience with DMVPN, MPLS and advanced routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. Previous practical experience is analyzing application traffic for the purpose of network optimization utilizing tools such as NetScout, NetFlow, etc. is also required

All work will be performed between the hours of 8-5pm, but candidates should have a willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends if required. This position is currently structured as a 1 year contract.
