Reporting directly to the CEO you will utilize your abstract conceptualization skills to architect systems and solutions for our supply chain, operations and financial functions. ETM is an established, profitable, $40 million, 120+ employee, privately held business founded in 1973. Over the last ten years our average growth has exceeded 15% per year. ETM designs, sells and services power subsystems worldwide to system integrators in the defense, aerospace, and medical markets. Our current capabilities include microwave power amplifiers and power supplies in applications including satellite communications, radar systems, and laboratory testing. Near-term growth for our capabilities includes medical oncology, homeland security and material processing applications. As our VP of Operations and Finance based in our Newark, CA headquarters you will be responsible for the overall hands-on management of our financial, personnel, facilities and operations functions. We anticipate approximately 65% of your time will be focused on optimizing our supply chain management including inventory turns, vendors, negotiating contracts, production scheduling and shipping processes. We will also look to your business prowess to work with our controller to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial function including budgeting, reporting, compliance and cash management. Your ability to examine and design new systems for our bid process and balance/cash sheet for forecasting will elevate your candidacy for this highly sought after role. Experience in the electronics manufacturing arena is not required but additional experience with benefits administration, compliance, safety, and other manufacturing and accounting functions will be a plus.
