Five to ten years of experience in management and managed care contracting.  Advanced degree preferred. Experience is also required with the legal, regulatory, and operational aspects of  managed care.

Negotiate optimal reimbursement rates through contracted and non-contracted health plan arrangements. Create and maintain relationships between Company providers, facilities and health plans related to contracting. Coordinate managed care credentialing and ensure compliance.  Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required. Proficient in excel and database software. Effectively communicate with all levels of management and maintain client satisfaction.  Successful candidate should have strong management skills and inspire visionary leadership in achieving Department goals.
