MAIN ACTIVITIES: 

Continuous analysis of the distribution network efficiency, along with implementation of model improvements. Analysis of shipping models (private fleet, public company, cross-docking, etc…) Develop and execute distribution strategies. Responsible for the overall distribution cost. Design new warehouses. Minimize lead tomes while maintaining costs and service levels. Develop a long term plan to support company growth.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORK:

 

VP position at a National Company with responsibility of the distribution net, design, and profitability.

Willing and able to be on the road 50-75% of its time.
