Windham Professionals, Inc. is a licensed, full-service collection agency for over twenty-five years, maintaining strategic collection and sales offices throughout the country. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance in our home office in Salem, New Hampshire.
This position is an active member of Executive Management team. Responsibilities for overall corporate financial activities including:
· Design corporate economic strategies, financial planning, objectives, and policies
· Prepares and presents reports to Executive Management which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earning based on past, present, and expected operations.
· Directs corporate budget plan
· Responsible for the design and implementation of internal controls.
Qualifications:
· BA in Finance and 5+ years CFO experience required, CPA Certification preferred
· Previous Collection Agency or Receivable Management experience a plus
· Financial analysis and reporting, and strategic planning experience required
· Strong and effective decision-making skills necessary to prioritize workload.
· Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
