Vice President, Provider Services of Oregon and Washington

Bring your leadership skills to the following executive role:

Provide executive leadership and direction to the provider services division of the Plan participate in development and execution of initiatives supporting goals and objectives of TRG and Plan President
Execute provider agreements and rates within targets established by company
Ensure network breadth and stability to support product and enrollment objectives
Promote and improve provider satisfaction supporting TRG network strategy and performance objectives

Combine your degree and experience with the following skill sets:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required; MBA/MHA is preferred
Minimum of 8 years management experience or equivalent graduate education and experience
Minimum of 5 years successful track record in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with hospitals, provider groups and integrated delivery systems
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Knowledge of reimbursement methods, profiling techniques and pay for performance programs
Ability to develop creative, workable strategies and tactics to accomplish division, corporate and plan goals and objectives
Strong analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement the chosen course of action
Excellent orientation to the application of data in managing health and quality
Proven track record of execution of complex projects and programs and managing to operational and health care cost budgets
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication and listening skills
Ability to organize, plan, budget and prioritize work within time and financial constraints
Effective interpersonal relationships as a leader and team member
Demonstrated success in securing input from contracting providers as a means to improve plan decision making policy development process
