Description:
Centralization of our key strategic operations has created the need for a senior level individual to join our leadership team. The position will be based in sunny Arizona with the possibility of 2 Arizona locations. The service delivery center will support two lines of business including engineering and technical skill sets for our contact labor business, Volt, and engineering and technical skill sets within our recruitment process outsourcing division, Momentum. This is a unique opportunity for a forward thinking executive as you will be able to drive the strategic direction of two different operations and lines of business with full ownership and accountability for the operations. The VP will be able to hire their core team, grow and develop their groups, oversee sales teams, program managers and recruitment teams and build out the structure to align it to their vision. The VP will have ownership of key client relationships and will be responsible for growing both Volt’s and Momentum’s footprint within existing accounts and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure the programs evolve over time.

Requirements:
- 15 + years of experience with recruitment and delivery management - 5+ years in a Sr. Manager / Executive role overseeing the strategic direction of operations and key accounts - Demonstrated experience in major account development for Fortune 100 companies including management of service delivery through SLAs /KPIs - Demonstrated experience leading large scale operations inclusive of account relationship managers and/or program managers - A proven and profitable track record for multi-P&L business management - Effective hiring and staffing decision making, and ability to guide and motivate others - Forward thinking individual who will bring new and innovative ideas to the table and execute them effectively - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) - Strong multi-tasking and organizational ability - Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint - Experience with RFP management a plus Momentum, a Volt Information Sciences Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and dedicated to fostering diversity in the workplace.
