We work with the biggest Entertainment names in the industry (Fox, Universal, CBS, Sony, A&E), as well as Fortune 100 companies. Responsibilities:
· Finance
§ Manage QuickBooks
§ Manage A/R
§ Manage A/P
§ Present Monthly Financial Review to Management
§ Present Quarterly Management Review to Board
§ Manage the Budget Day to Day versus Actual
§ Manage Tax Filing
· Human Resources
§ Manage Payroll and Benefits Plan
§ Manage Job Postings and vetting of resumes
§ Interview/Coordinate Interviews of potential candidates
§ Build Employee Culture
· Facilities
§ Handle Landlord relations
§ Handle employee office moves and oversight network issues
§ Manage all Vendors
Desired Skills:
· Experience with Quickbooks
· Accounting background/experience
· Management experience including responsibility for budgets
· Experience hiring and recruiting talent
· Negotiation training or experience
· Advanced skills with MS Office products including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
You must be great with numbers and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
