• MBA or CPA with at least 15 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience with multiple site environments; including, manufacturing and commercial
• 5 + years managing and leading individuals and teams.
• 3+ years biotech/pharma exp. required

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  • Strategic business partner providing guidance and analysis related to BUs initiatives; including, distribution, pricing, revenue analysis, inventory management internally/externally, S&M programs and acquisition analysis.
• Oversee worldwide BU planning process, coordination analysis, narratives, balance sheet indicators, headcount drivers, presentation packages and communication of risks/opportunities. Manage Business Unit Reviews and signoff. Follow up meetings with Business to review performance/next steps.
• Drive planning and implementation of commercial globalization related to new product launches and enhancement to existing product lines.
• Review and manage R&D and manufacturing spending and provide guidance to functions regarding BU Scope.
• Manage risk/opportunities with business support – limit surprises, provide for risks timely and objectively.
• Evaluates and develops divisions accounting and business processes, systems and financial reporting. Timely and accurate management reporting.
• Manage Bonus and commission program including, design support, data collection, analysis, payout calculations.
• Responsible for compliance with corporate policy, audit requirements, and SOX. Accounting close and preparation and review of BUs financial statements.
• Manage and develop BUs accounting and finance staff and share best practices across Finance organization.
• Key member of BU pricing committee, finance corporate team, charitable committee, and compliance team.
