Reports To: Vice President, Client Services
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will identify development potential in current client accounts, initiate sales processes, develop sales, and close sales. This individual will also contribute key information to sales strategies. The Account Manager is also responsible for enhancing the department and organization reputation. Key responsibilities include:
· Place primary importance on delivering superior customer service
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships
· Consummate and strengthen key business relationships
· Generate leads through planning and persistence
· Develop detailed, realistic plans that support organizational objectives
· Effectively allocate resources and time to meet sales goals and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
· 1+ years sales experience in technology related field
