DIRECTOR of FINANCE

Must have Deltek knowledge and Government contract acquisition experience.

JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Finance will work directly with Senior Management so there will be a high degree of visibility and involvement in the budgeting and financial planning aspects of the business. Responsibilities will include developing the company’s operating budget, monthly and quarterly forecasting, management reporting and analysis, modeling, interaction with Senior Management and the Board of Directors, services cost and pricing modeling, and establishing critical financial metrics.

The DoF will be heavily involved in the process of writing, submitting, and consulting on proposals for obtaining contracts to provide services to potential clients. Will monitor financial performance, develop budgets/forecasts, and oversee financial policies. DoF will directly supervise a small accounting team to include payroll and invoicing functions.

Minimum Experience:

The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of finance management experience. Preferred candidate will have Government Contract Acquisition experience. Candidate must be highly efficient with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The preferred candidate will have experience with DCAA audits and Deltek Accounting Systems.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification.
