We are in need a VP of Marketing to develop a skilled marketing team with annual objectives that align with corporate objectives; review objectives and progress with each team member quarterly along with annual review
Assign responsibilities within team and communicate to the organization
Drive priorities and focus within the team
Oversee execution of marketing activities
Provide leadership to marketing team, including managing performance, employee engagement, and HR related processes
Marketing Planning
Lead the planning process for developing an annual marketing plan and communicate to organization; looking forward 12-18 months Create a plan for branding, positioning and messaging and drive it through to execution Support sales strategy Guide market input into R&D process for new products Monitor internal systems, making changes to improve organizational efficiency when appropriate Provide organizational leadership that builds a culture that attracts and retains top talent Identify organizational barriers and opportunities and work with the executive team to resolve/implement solutions as appropriate Support cross-functional teams and goals Work closely with the VP of Sales for continuity of objectives and execution Drive strategic marketing direction to assist in meeting the organizational revenue and profitability targets Develop annual Marketing budget, recommend necessary budget cuts and manage spending within allocated budget Recognize opportunities and request additional spending as necessary
Provide Organizational Support
Participate in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by management.Successful completion of all designated training programs for this position.Conform to, support and enforce all Celleration policies and procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with key Wound Center care-givers & administrators, physicians and reimbursement entities supporting Wound management Build and maintain internal relationships to continue to move the business forward
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in business/marketing and or a technical discipline required. MBA preferred Experience: Must Have: 8 -10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with wound care or medical device experience highly preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role requiredBrand management experience highly preferredStrategic and tactical planning experiencePossess excellent coaching and leadership skillsDemonstrated record of success and leadershipProduct launch experienceMedical Reimbursement knowledge
