Vice President Finance and Administration Closely-held group of service and manufacturing companies with international and multi-state opera- tions and corporate offices fifteen minutes northeast of downtown Pittsburgh, seeks to fill newly-formed position of Vice President, Finance and Administration. Position reports directly to President and oversees fi- nance, accounting, human resources and information technology. Qualified candidates have a solid back- ground in accounting, including financial reporting and costing, implementing accounting processes and control systems, and strong management skills. Position requires high-energy, adaptable individual to play key role in positioning organization for continued significant growth. CPA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
