We’re currently seeking an innovative Vice President of Contracts Administration to join our unique team of talented individuals as we continue our history of success.

The Vice President of Contract Administration will provide broad knowledge, supervision, and leadership to develop and administer contract policies, systems, procedures and methods. Will plan, direct, and manage the activities and staff involved with the negotiation, preparation and monitoring of contracts between Division, customers, and suppliers to ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations.  Will conduct and support contract negotiations and provide expertise regarding contract terms and conditions. This person consults with top management on business strategies and potential program risks and negotiates contracts that are based on the objectives established by corporate officers. Will resolve the most difficult division and customer problems, while interacting at top level of customer organization.  Will participate in short and long term Division plans. This individual will be responsible for departmental budget, planning and supervision. Ensures the department is well informed of current business objectives. Will work to ensure that concepts such as well defined program milestones, billing objectives and terms are established. 

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or legal education preferred. Requires at least 15 years of government contracts experience, with at least 10 years at a management level.  International experience is required. Must have the extensive knowledge of contract terms and DAR/FAR regulations. CMA certification preferred. Must have in-depth knowledge of government acquisition regulations and commercial contracting, including technical knowledge in the areas of law, pricing, and negotiations (ITAR, FCPA, and SOX).  Must be able to work effectively across functions within the division and maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. Will be responsibly for hands on contracts management of significant or complex contracts. Must be able to effectively manage and serve customers across multiple locations. Ability to lead and develop a high performance team is required. Must be able to provide personal leadership that encourages the division to be a leader in ethical business practices, to comply with all government regulations, and to be responsive to the needs of customers. Must be proficient in computer applications as required.

This position requires US citizenship with a current government granted Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred). Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
