Earth Tech is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead the growth of their Western municipal water and wastewater business. This person will leverage the experience and resources of Earth Tech to pursue and win complex projects. The Business Development Manager will apply their client development abilities, business acumen and management skills to lead the firm’s marketing efforts in Oregon and Washington State. This person’s efforts will directly enhance and strengthen Earth Tech’s existing customer base in the West and secure new clients. To accomplish these goals, this person will be actively involved in business development, client management and strategic planning.
The Business Development Manager will establish Earth Tech as the preferred consultant to new and existing clients. Recognizing that successful projects lead to repeat work, they’ll assemble teams with strong project management skills to deliver superior work on time, within the budget and above client expectations. This person will use their experience winning large projects to manage the proposal process, market planning and project pursuit coordination. This person should be well versed in all aspects of municipal water and wastewater services, including design, program management, construction management and design/build.

The Business Development Manager’s professional accomplishments will enhance the firm’s reputation as a premier service provider of major public sector water and wastewater services in the West. Requirements:
The Business Development Manager must have strong business development experience and the vision to help lead Earth Tech into the future. Successful candidates will have led pursuit teams that won large, complex engineering projects and pride themselves on their ability to win new clients. The Business Development Manager must be an articulate spokesperson for the company and be known for their high level of integrity. Candidates must have the communication skills necessary to develop successful internal and external relationships.
