Veterinary Hospital Manager –Oakland, CA

Animal hospital located near the Oakland/Berkeley borderis looking for an experienced manager. This is a 9-doctor practice, with a supportstaff of over 35+ employees. Open7-days a week with extended hours. We practice very high quality medicine in a very nicefacility. You must have a passionfor both people and animals! This is an extremelydemanding, yet rewarding opportunity for candidates with experience in thefollowing areas:

· Promotingand supporting the highest level of client service in a medical or serviceindustry. This position requiresface-to-face contact with our clients and interaction with staff and doctor team.

· 3+years personnel management of a minimum of 15+ people

· Computerliterate, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and basic Excel

· Workingin a very unpredictable and sometimes stressful environment

· Leadingand motivating a very diverse team

· Profit,Loss and Budget responsibilities
