TEKsystems is currently looking for a VB.NET Developer for a client of ours in Collegeville, PA for a long-term contract (one year plus duration).

He/She will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:


. Ongoing development and maintenance of existing VB.Net applications for data archiving and employee maintenance.

. Assist in the configuration of new Siebel front end functionality

. Providing ad-hoc reports/data

. Implementation of new utilities and applications to support the ongoing Siebel operations team

. Evaluates business processes, technical architecture, and system objectives in response to client requests and participate in larger project initiatives to enhance and/or improve the system as well as support sales force re-organization projects.


Candidates with pharma, Siebel exposure, Pl/SQL and Unix experience would be ideal, though not a must-have.


The candidate will use a number of different development tools including Siebel Tools, VB.Net and PL/SQL. In addition, they will perform unit testing and support system testing and validation.
