Monthly price testing of Global Collateralized Mortgaged Back Securities (CMBS) portfolio of approximately $20BN. Loans include A Notes and B Notes, fixed and floating Collateral analysis of all property types (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, healthcare/senior housing, land, condos and other diverse assets). Portfolio contains assets located throughout the US, Europe and Asia. Loan by loan analysis. Assessment of front office marks in relation to current market moves. Benchmarking / indexing. Prepare monthly summary reports of the global inventory and price testing results. Interact with front office, REFS group as well as other control groups including CRM, LCD, RMM and other areas of PC. Participate in Investment Committee for new deal originations. Communication with front office originators, asset managers and sales group to assess individual loan positions.
