Vacation Ownership Sales Agents Job Summary/Description:We are currently hiring energetic, enthusiastic, motivated Sales Professionals who love to sell. We bring all the customers to you; there is no cold-calling or prospecting involved.  We have a product that is backed by a reputable brand name. All you have to do is use your incredible personality and have fun!  Duties and Responsibilities: Generate sales by presenting the world of vacation ownership to our pre-qualified guests Must work face-to-face in a fast-paced environment Apply sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale frequently  Requirements: Must have a valid Hawai'i Real Estate license Two years successful experience in direct sales is preferred but not required Timeshare sales experience highly preferred Must possess outstanding communication and customer service skills Must have an energetic with a positive attitude
