Director of Finance

Compensation: $150 – 180k + bonus + benefits

Location: New York, NY

This position is a senior level, managerial role, and will report directly to the CFO. We are looking for someone who has at least 15 years finance experience.

You will be responsible for directing decision making with regard to long term strategic planning, shaping policies and procedures, as well as establishing and maintaining budgets. You will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and oversee Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. In additional, you will provide leadership for Treasury, Tax and Risk Management.

The ideal candidate will posses a degree in Accounting, 5+ years of management experience, and exceptional communication skills. Service industry experience is a plus. A CPA is also preferred, but not required.
