As Underwriting Manager

You'll provide leadership and direction to achieve underwriting business objectivesYou'll improve policies, best practices, procedures, and quality assurance for pricing and coverage programsYou'll evaluate work activities of underwriters and support staff and be responsible for training, recruitment, and workload delegation

Underwriting Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience plus six (6) or more years underwriting experienceAs least three (3) years of supervisory or management experienceKnowledge of workers compensation risks is important including NCCI and Montana state specific regulations Agency marketing, employee development, and staff training experience required
