Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related field or equivalent, and at least two years of experience working with commercial loan origination for a global financial services institution. Prior experience must include reviewing legal and general property issues related to the closing process and performing real estate analysis, including rent rolls and cash flow analysis, of commercial real estate.
