Description: Landmark Insurance Company is an AIG start up company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Landmark is writing multi-line, admitted and non-admitted property and casualty products for specific industry segments. Landmark has an opening for an Underwriting Assistant in St. Louis, Missouri.
This position will assist the property underwriters for Landmark Insurance Company. The Underwriting Assistant will be responsible for preparing new and renewal submissions, preparing and reviewing policies and endorsements for issuance, working directly with brokers and/or regional staff to obtain necessary underwriting information, and providing underwriters with clerical support.
Qualifications include proficiencies in Excel and Word, organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work under deadlines and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
